I’m going through all my old receipts. I have a lot from October through December due to all the holiday shopping. I’m trying to do any shopping I need to by the end of January too so I can enter those receipts. Any excuse to shop really… Truly though I feel that participating in the community auction is a great way to support our village and build excitement for shopping local! If we want businesses to stay in Homewood, Flossmoor and Glenwood, we have to support them! Reciprocally, the taxes they pay benefit our schools and Park District programs.
