My son is always saying, “Mommy – Watch! – Watch Mommy! – WATCH!” It makes me laugh because I AM watching! I’m watching as intently as I can! Usually his antics only take a second or two. He often spends more time making certain that he is getting the amount of attention he believes the action requires than he does performing said action!
I guess I should be grateful that he wants my attention. A time will come shortly that he’ll want to act away from my watchful eyes!
