I’ve been in a bit of a negative space that I’m trying to pull myself out of. It occurred to me today that while I’m supposed to be looking for the silver lining, I seem to be focusing on finding and/or manufacturing clouds! It can become a really bad thought pattern, building dark cumulus clouds…

What do you do when you find yourself constructing negativity? I’d love to know.

Until I get some other positive suggestions I’m going to take comfort in a nice cup of coffee! If that doesn’t work, I’m heading to the mall to buy panties and lipstick! Cheap yet effective thrills!
