If you don’t like the traditional extra sweet sweet potatoes, try this savory take instead:

5 large sweet potatoes

1 can of chicken broth

7 or 8 slices of baby swiss cheese

Fresh grated parmesan to taste

Salt and pepper to taste

Cut and boil the sweet potatoes, add the can of chicken broth and mash, add salt and pepper to taste. Cover mashed potatoes with baby swiss cheese and parmesan. Brown in the oven and serve immediately.
