CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
Clever Betsy management understands that sometimes things just look different in person than they did on the web! While we encourage our patrons to call us with any questions before placing their order to save us all the trouble of a return, we know how it goes... Clever Betsy herself once went on a drunken online shopping spree that would have cost her $600 if the kind site owner hadn't allowed her to cancel a large portion of the order! So, if you catch us with a cancellation before we ship your items, no harm no foul. We'll refund your money entirely. If we have already shipped the items, insure them appropriately and send them back in good condition within 30 days with a completed return form and we'll only charge you shipping and a $5 re-stocking fee. If you don't feel that an item arrived as it was promised call or send an e-mail and we'll evaluate the issue and determine whether or not we can waive those fees.
