"Thank you so much for all you put into producing such perfect jewelry for me and my matron of honor
for my wedding in August. I was searching for something unique, and something that would reflect our
unique personalities. You listened to my ideas, found out about what she and I were interested in, and
you took my ideas to a higher level. I felt like you really went out of your way to find high quality pieces to
make up the necklaces, bracelets, and earrings. I was looking to combine the traditional look of pearls
but with a bolder twist. I wanted something colorful for my maid of honor, and you found some beautiful
Bali beads when you found out my matron of honor was pouring over Indian influences in jewelry. Her
pieces were a beautiful mix of both what I wanted and what she was interested in.
There were no problems with the order or delivery of the jewelry. You were very responsive with me after
you sent the order to follow up with me both over the phone and email after it arrived. You created the
pieces in plenty of time in case changes were needed (which there were not). I can't tell you how
fabulous we both felt wearing unique jewelry created just for us. I'm so grateful for all the beautiful work
you did - you truly have a gift. I look forward to ordering more of your pieces from your Web site!"

"Thanks for working with me to get my save the dates, invitations and jewelry the way I wanted them!
I really enjoyed our collaboration. You presented concepts to Brian and I but ultimately listened to what
he and I both wanted. I feel that you combined the best of all of our ideas.
The save the dates and invitations set the tone for people to understand that they were coming to a very
special day. The jewelry you made for me and my bridesmaids provided the perfect amount of "frosting"
to enhance each of our dresses. Thank you for listening to me, making revisions for me and mostly,
being excited for me during preparations for my big day!"

"As you know, it meant the world to me that you incorporated some beads from my mother's jewelry into
my wedding jewelry. The earrings you made for me were amazing and I loved the rosary bracelet of hers
that you modernized to be my "something blue" - the special touch of my parent’s wedding day picture in
the charm brought tears to my eyes... The necklace and earrings you made for my niece who was also
very close to my mother were gorgeous. Wearing some of her things made it feel as if she was there
with me. As you said, she was in spirit.
I also loved how you used black ribbon and vintage sequins for my bridesmaid’s jewelry, imitating the
vintage look of their frilly dresses. They all looked beautiful since you varied the sizes to fit each of them
perfectly.
Thank you too for creating our wedding invites. I loved how you made them look like a scrapbook. Norm
and I love to travel and make fun memories together. You really captured our style and everyone told me
they were the funniest/best wedding invites they'd ever seen."

Clever Betsy is always excited about collaborating to make special gift visions into reality. Here is the process we follow to ensure that our artists render the dream in your head:
When you want to place a custom order, contact Clever Betsy by e-mail or phone. A Clever Betsy representative will work with you to define your vision for the project. Then we’ll determine the budget and timeline of your order and retain your deposit.
Once we believe we've determined what you are looking for, we will provide you with a sketch or a mock up.
It is important that you let us know if we haven't captured your vision at this point because once this is
approved we will begin work and, unless Clever Betsy has an issue meeting the timeframe, we will not be
able to refund your deposit after this point.
Once the sketch or mock up has been approved, we'll get started on it and contact you with questions. We will keep in touch with you throughout the process providing updates.
We will deliver the item within the agreed upon timeframe. On the rare occasion that we are experiencing
problems creating your order such as inaccessibility of supplies, technical difficulties or acts of God, we’ll
request an extension. If your timeframe does not permit an extension, we'll refund your deposit.
The vast majority of the time we'll be able to deliver exactly what you wanted during the timeframe you
specified. Should the item we created for you fail to meet expectations, let us know. We'll do our best to alter
it to your satisfaction. If we mutually decide we aren't "getting there" than we will retain your deposit but write
off the other portion that you would have needed to pay. Obviously, you wouldn't keep the item in this
situation. These cases are the exceptions. Most of the time, Clever Betsy’s co-design process is smooth
because we maintain a high level of contact and strive to exceed expectations. So place your custom orders
and prepare to be impressed!
