Clever Betsy is always excited about collaborating to make special gift visions into reality. Here is the process we follow to ensure that our artists render the dream in your head:
When you want to place a custom order, contact Clever Betsy by e-mail or phone.
A Clever Betsy representative will walk you through the rest of the custom order form and retain your deposit.
Once we believe we've determined what you are looking for, we will provide you with a sketch or a mock up. It is important that you let us know if we haven't captured your vision at this point because once this is approved we will begin work and, unless Clever Betsy has an issue meeting the timeframe, we will not be able to refund your deposit after this point.
Once the sketch or mock up has been approved, we'll get started on it and contact you with questions.
We will keep in touch with you throughout the process providing updates.
