Clever Betsy management strives to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Items in stock are shipped within 3-5 business days. So, generally if you are paying for standard shipping the longest you or the recipient would wait to receive items would be 10 business days.

For Basket orders over $150 same day delivery is available anywhere within a 40 mile radius of Chicago as long as the order is placed by 10 am. If lower than that amount and/or outside that delivery zone it's 1-2 days within the United States.

If you are paying for overnight shipping and would like us to be sure to expedite the order, please call 708.991.7130. If you place your order and call by noon we may be able to get it there the next day, depending on where "there" is!

If you are paying for 2 day shipping, the longest you would wait is 7 days.

All of the timelines defined above apply to orders within the United States. International orders must be discussed on an individual basis.

CANCELLATIONS
If you catch us with a cancellation before we ship your items, no harm no foul. We'll refund your money entirely.

RETURNS
Sometimes things just look different in person than they did on the web! While we encourage our patrons to call us with any questions before placing their order to save us all the trouble of a return, we know how it goes... If we have already shipped the items, insure them appropriately and send them back in good condition within 30 days of purchase with this return form completed and we'll only charge you shipping and a $5 re-stocking fee. If you don't feel that an item arrived as it was promised, call or send an e-mail and we'll evaluate the issue and determine whether or not we can waive those fees.

EXCHANGES
Clever Betsy will gladly accommodate any exchanges as long as the item that was originally purchased is returned in good condition within 30 days of purchase. Shipping and a $5 re-stocking fee will be charged. If you don't feel that an item arrived as it was promised, call or send an e-mail and we'll evaluate the issue and determine whether or not we can waive those fees.
